For a vinyl sided home, we will do a hand brush application with a high pressure rinse on both the home and the gutters. This brings the best of both methods together for optimal cleaning on you home!
Below is pricing for a vinyl sided house cleaning job with gutters included based on square footage of the home.
Example:
If your home is 32 x 60 and one story home with no 2 dormers, you will have a square footage of approx. 1,920 sqft and 2 dormers to figure from. Your cost will be $0.15 per square foot for the 1,920 sqft; your would then add in the cost of the 2 dormers @ $10 per dormer.
You would figure the cost like so:
[.15 x 1,920 = $288] + [$10 x 2 = $20]
$288 + $20 = $308 for the cleaning of your home.
(this is to give you a high side idea of a price)
