The best (and perhaps cheapest) way is to show your face at your prosepctive customer’s place of business. They will appreciate the fact that you took the time to approach them personally.
have you tried knocking on doors of restaurants, and businesses that need your services?
Offer to show what you can do by performing a small cleaning job for free – nobody will turn you down if you offer to do something they don’t want to do but have to do anyway and it will get your foot in the door. If you do a good job and the money is right, you will probably get their business.
